The tennis courts are open to Greystone Racquet and Swim Club members, Greystone Tennis-Only members and Greystone homeowners and accompanying guest. All children must be adequately supervised.  Misuse of the facilities in any way may result in the loss of tennis court privileges.

Members vs Home Owner vs Guests Limitations

• Members, Homeowners, and Guests all have different access to the courts.
• Members can:
  • Join teams who use Greystone as their home courts
  • Attend weekly club events (ie. Men’s night and Ladies night)
  • Make court reservations or use the courts when they are first come / first serve
• Homeowners can:
  • Make court reservations or use the courts when they are first come / first serve
• Guests
  • Use the courts for casual play only when accompanied by a member or homeowner

Court Hours

The tennis courts are open 8:00am to 10:00pm daily.  Courts are for the use of Greystone Club members and homeowners and their guests only.

Access to Courts

The tennis courts are open to Greystone Racquet and Swim Club members, Greystone Tennis-Only members and Greystone homeowners and accompanying guests. All children must be adequately supervised.  Misuse of the facilities in any way may result in the loss of tennis court privileges. All tennis courts are open to Greystone club members first, then to homeowners if openings are available.

You need a FOB to enter and exit the Greystone tennis courts. There is a $25 FOB deposit, $20 is refundable when the FOB is returned. FOBS are for Greystone club members and homeowners only. To obtain a FOB, please email Barbra Wait or call her 919-749-8324.

Make sure that the gates are locked when you leave the courts and that all trash is put in its proper receptacles.

The courts are for the playing of tennis or pickleball only. Bicycles, roller blades, skateboards, pets prohibited.  Proper attire wear only.  Street shoes and non-tennis footwear are not allowed on the courts.

Court Lighting

Court lights operate on a one-hour timer located near gate. To activate the timer, rotate the switch clockwise. The lights turn off automatically.

Tennis Court Scheduling

• Courts 3 & 4 can be reserved for pickleball
• Courts can be reserved for up to 2 hour time blocks. PLEASE DO NOT DOUBLE BOOK. Double-booking is when you make a reservation request and so does your hitting partner.
• Courts may be reserved up to two weeks in advance.
• Pecking order for reservations is as follows: Adult league play, then weekly club member socials (ie. men’s night & ladies night), then lessons and clinics and finally, casual play.
• Note when clinics and privates are held. If you would rather not hit next to a lesson, take note of the schedule.
• A court is considered “Fair Game” if you don’t show up within 15 minutes of your scheduled playing time. If you show up at 9:25am for a 9am court reservation, you may lose the court to players who were waiting for it. Be respectful of others’ time and please respect this rule.
